All Dressed in White Named the #1 Best Romance of 2018 by Reviewer

January 8, 2019

Imagine my delight to learn that the review site Open Letters Reviews chose All Dressed in White as their favorite romance of 2018! This top-ten list is filled with so many of my favorite authors, I am honored to be in their company. But #1? Stunned, thrilled, and grateful doesn’t begin to describe my reaction. I tend to shy away from reading synopsis of my books, but I love the way Open Letters sums up the plot, complete with the beautiful cover! Thank you, Open Letters Reviews!

Watch for the next book in the Brides of Belgravia series coming this spring. You May Kiss the Duke finally resolves Jon Stoker’s and Sabine Noble’s slow-burn story, and I can’t wait to share it with readers. Digital release May 21st!

Baltimore Book Festival, Here I Come

September 24, 2018

I’m delighted to appear on a panel at the Baltimore Book Festival this Saturday, September 29th at 1:00 p.m on the Maryland Romance Writers Stage.

Come for the discussion, stay for the book-signing and allow me to say hello in person!

Denny Bryce will lead the panel discussion along with Jenna Jackson, Lori Ann Bailey, E. Elizabeth Watson, Mary Tilgman and myself.

After a month of rain, the weather is finally forecasted to be beautiful in the Mid-Atlantic. I can vouch for the quality and fun of Baltimore’s Book Festival; I moderated this panel in 2016, and I’m thrilled to return to discuss this year’s theme, “Beyond Mr. Darcy.”

All Dressed in White Out Today

August 21, 2018

All Dressed in White, the second book in my Brides of Belgravia series, hits eReaders today!

This book is about instant attraction + a big secret and betrayal = hard-fought true love. The hero, Joseph Chance, has been part of my imagination since he was a kid in my first book, The Earl Next Door. Now he’s all grown up, fabulously wealthy, and falling for….

….Gentleman’s daughter Tessa St. Croix. Tessa was introduced in my last book, Any Groom Will Do, along with her very Big Secret. As All Dressed in White opens, she still has that secret and requires a husband right away.

Join Tessa and Joseph as they journey from “til death us do part” to an authentic Happily Ever After. Interested in a sneak peek? Check out a free excerpt here.

All Dressed in White releases in paperback on October 16. Pre-order links are now available!

Writing this book was a milestone experience in my career, and I can’t wait to share it with readers. If eBooks are your preference, please order your copy today. If you like so-called “real books,” watch this page for print order links in September.

Paperback Release of Any Groom Will Do

March 26, 2018

After six weeks as an ebook, I’m happy to celebrate the paperback release of my fourth book, Any Groom Will Do! This book launches my new Brides of Belgravia series and introduces readers to three young women who will do anything to move to London—even marry strangers.

The digital release of  Any Groom Will Do has enjoyed some lovely reviews. Library Journal said, “With a talented and charming heroine and a wealth of scenic detail, this smart, breezy romance gives the classic fake marriage theme a new shine.” The reviewer at Roses are Blue said, “I am bowled over by her lovely writing and the emotions she generated. A couple of the scenes were truly heart-wrenching, and I was totally captivated. I believe I’ve found a new must-read author.”

You can begin reading the first two chapters free on my website. The Brides series stands alone, but some characters do carry-over from my Bachelor Lords of London trilogy.

Download your digital copy of Any Groom Will Do today or order the paperback from your favorite internet bookseller.

Any Groom Will Do is Now Available!

February 13, 2018

Any Groom Will Do released in ebook today! The paperback comes out on April 3 (pre-order links for paperback will be available any day — we’ll post them here), but you can order the ebook at any time.

Launching the Brides of Belgravia trilogy, Any Groom whisks readers to 1831, the pre-dawn of the Victorian age (you can get a glimpse of this in my online excerpt).

Shipping scions, like the Earl of Cassin, import exotic treasures to England and the posh new neighborhood of Begravia is being built, block by luxurious block. The Brides series sprints down the aisle when Lady Willow Hunnicut marries Cassin for the opportunity to live in London. Like most marriages of convenience, however, Willow and Cassin get so much more than they bargained for.
