Join Me at the Texas ‘Buns and Roses’ Literacy Tea

October 3, 2016

I am delighted to be included in the 11th Annual Buns and Roses Romance Tea to benefit adult literacy in Dallas/Ft. Forth on Sunday October 23rd. Tickets are still available this private tea with nearly 30 romance authors, including Lorraine Heath and Jill Shalvis.

Registered guests will be seated at tables with the author of their choice, share high tea, and receive a personal gift and books from their host author. It appears my table is sold out, but other authors still have seats available, and all guests will mix and mingle and participate in a private booksigning after tea has been served.

If Richardson, Texas, is convenient for you, I’d love to meet you at this private, up-close-and-personal afternoon of fun, food, books, and authors. Tickets are $45 and almost sold out. Please visit the Buns and Roses website to learn more about the event and the adult literacy center it benefits.

Many of the authors will also sign books at a public booksigning, free and open to the public, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22 at Firewheel Barnes and Noble in Garland, Texas.

I’ll be moderating a panel discussion called, “Celebrating 75 Years of Avon Romance:  Author Chat with Avon Authors” along with Avon stars Jennifer Armentrout, Tracey Livesay, Laura Kaye, Jennifer McQuiston, and Alisha Rai.

The panel begins at 2:00 p.m. in the Maryland Romance Writers tent, which is in the “Rash Field” area of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. If you love books, festivals, romance, or Baltimore, come out and enjoy authors and booksignings all weekend.
